engravedkeyrings.co.uk is owned and operated by CUSTOMSKY LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We design and make personalised keyrings, and every piece is produced to order — nothing is made in advance and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a name.
A small workshop, not a warehouse
Our workshop is in Budapest. We are a small team, and all personalisation is carried out here by us, using our own equipment and by people who do this every day.
We are not a marketplace. There are no third-party sellers, nothing is drop-shipped, and nothing is forwarded from a supplier we have never met. When you order from us, you are buying directly from the people who made it.
Three techniques, one workshop
We carry out all three techniques in-house — engraving, printing and embroidery — which means we can choose the method best suited to each piece rather than simply using the equipment we happen to have.
Engraving cuts directly into metal and can remain legible for decades. Embroidery is stitched into fabric. Printing allows for full colour and fine photographic detail. Each technique is suited to different applications, and part of our job is knowing which one to use.
The details we pay attention to
- Every piece is set up individually — your text is positioned specifically for the item rather than simply dropped into a template.
- We personalise, inspect and then pack each order. A member of our team checks your order before it leaves our workshop.
- Small text and fine details are checked for legibility before personalisation begins, not afterwards.
- If something is not right, we will remake it. Because we make everything ourselves, this usually takes days rather than weeks.
What we stand behind
Engraved personalisation is covered by a 10-year guarantee against fading or loss of legibility. Printed and embroidered items are covered by your statutory rights as a consumer.

Getting it to you
Every order is personalised and dispatched from our Budapest workshop. Most orders to Europe and the UK arrive within 5–7 days of ordering. For other destinations, delivery usually takes 7–10 days. Delivery is handled by the national postal service in your country.
